WCSS 2022 Vendor Registration 

Dear Exhibitor:

The 2022 Wisconsin Council for Social Studies State Conference returns - IN-PERSON!

Join us, March 12th-14th, 2022 at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells.  We are excited to welcome back educators from across the state and reconnect.  Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with Social Studies teachers and curriculum leaders throughout Wisconsin.  

Schedule/Logistics: Vendors may set up booths on Sunday, March 13th from 8:00AM to 11:00AM (tentative).  The Exhibit Hall and Vendors will have dedicated times on Sunday from 1:15PM-2:15PM and during our Wine & Cheese Happy Hour from 5:15PM-6:30PM.  Vendors will also have dedicated time on Monday, March 14th from 10:00AM-10:30AM.  The Exhibit Hall will remain open during session times as well.  Exhibit hall set-up will be done by Chula Vista.  Exhibitor booths are 8’ x 10’ and include pipe and drape, an 8’ table, and two chairs.  Additional equipment including tables, carpet, etc. can be provided through Chula Vista. Internet and electrical hook-ups are also available.  

There is a tiered pricing system connected to deadlines, so we encourage you to apply early and book your spot prior to February 1, 2022, to secure the lowest prices.  Please register early!  We anticipate filling ALL of our vendor spots.

Additional ways you can be involved in the WCSS Conference this year:

Sponsorship:  A vendor can sponsor a meal, snack or our Sunday evening reception. Sponsorship will include signage at the meal, snack or reception as well as a ½ page ad in the program and one vendor booth spot.  Additional spots are available at regular rates if you would like a larger space. These sponsorship opportunities will likely sell out so please do not delay.  

Giveaways for a discount!  Vendors can save $25 per booth space with the donation of a door prize (with a value of at least $25).  *Total savings may not exceed $25.
