Ted Reese
Northwest Florida Water Management District
Ted Reese is an environmental scientist with the Northwest Florida Water Management District in Crestview, where he has been working in Environmental Resource Permitting (ERP) since 2008 during the initial implementation of ERP in Northwest Florida. Prior to that, he worked at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection as a biologist in the ecosystem management section and as a wetland permit processor under the previous wetland rules. Ted graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology and a Master’s degree in Biology and Post-secondary education. He is occasionally involved in teaching. Ted lives in Milton with his wife, four children, and great dane.
