Join us for an inspiring day of discovery & art making!
Begin by exploring what it means to Share Art with Children. We will explore elements of teacher and environment preparation, as well as meaningful and developmentally appropriate creative experiences. The afternoon will be filled with hands-on practice with printimaking. We will create eight different types of relief prints: monotype, foam plate printing, collagraph, Gyotaky (fish prints), relief printing with glue, printing with organic forms, and reductive monotype.
You will leave this workshop with a portfolio of at least eight prints along with the inspiration and confidence to share the printmaking process with students.
