Ingrid has spent the past 25 years reflecting on her practice in early childhood education. From the classroom to the policy table, Ingrid came to realize that early childhood educators' voices are often left out of vital conversations. It became Ingrid's lifework to support spaces for early childhood educators to share their stories
Greg has spent the past 20 years working in early childhood and school age settings. Greg believes that children scaffold their own learning through doing. Over the past decade, Greg has experimented with various environments, focusing on environment as third teacher, as a way to foster independence in children to choose their own work.
