Process Improvement Workshop (Two Sessions) - January

MeHI will present broadly applicable tools to improve your HIE or MU processes and workflows using process improvement principles. Topics include change management, effective team-building, process-mapping, and more. This workshop consists of 2 in-person sessions held on 1/23 and 1/30. A light breakfast & lunch will be served.
