Ethical Considerations for Recovery Coaches addresses many areas including: defining the coaching service role and functions, coaching standards, issues of vulnerability, ethical decision making, performance enhancement and legal issues. This course will help Recovery Coaches maintain good boundaries when serving others.
We are proud to announce our collaboration with Peer Coach Academy (PCA) in Colorado as a CART Collaborative site. Founder and Core Trainer, Rod Rushing will facilitate the CCAR Ethical Considerations for Recovery Coaches training & TOT
What is the CART Collabrative? CART Collborative sites are sites that have been vetted by CCAR's Center for Addiction Recovery Training (CART) as providing the same exceptional training programs many have traveled to Connecticut to receive. The trainers and location have been approved by CART and will maintain the excellance and fidelity thousands have come to know and trust from our training programs.
Through these efforts PCA and EMBARK is able to offer the complete CART curricula regionally and develop a network of recovery coach training entities in Colorado, while eliminating barriers that is sometimes experienced by those who wish to be trained as a recovery coach.
