2018 PeaceJam Rocky Mountain Youth Leadership Conference Online Tracking Form
This form is for Schools/Organizations that are coming as a group to the PeaceJam Rocky Mountain Youth Leadership Conference. In addition to the Group Online Tracking Form, we will need a paper copy of the RELEASE FORM for each participant that is signed by their parent and/or guardian. Please scan/email or bring a physical copy of these forms for each participant. Youth that do not have a signed form by their parent/guardian will not able to participate!!
Early Bird Rate: January 15th - February 15th - $75
Regular Rate: February 16th - March 15th - $85
Late Registration Rate: March 16th - beyond - $100
Prices will be honored at payment:
- Participants must be registered before Feb. 15th to receive the Early Bird rate of $75. This online tracking form only serves as a place holder for participants. They will not be considered registered unless PeaceJam receives their online registration form.
- Schools/organizations that are planning to pay as a group must submit payment according to the deadlines in order to receive discounted rates. Schools will then receive a discount code to give to youth registrants to use when they complete their online registration form.
