The 2023 South Dakota State SHRM Conference will be held in Yankton, SD May 3-5, 2023.  The Vendor / Sponsor day will be May 4, 2023.  By participating, you’d get the opportunity to market your organization to, network with, and support over 150 human resources professionals from across South Dakota.  In conjuction with Cinco de May this year, our theme is:  Fiesta de HR. Below you will find information on the variety of sponsorship levels available. 

Each level of sponsorship offers different perks and marketing opportunities.  Below are the details:

Platinum Sponsor - $3,000

• (2) 6 ft Vendor table (twice the space!)
• Name and logo listed on State Conference website and all publications
• Lunch on Thursday for 2 representatives
• Meal event sponsored by the company with signage and five minutes of speaking time to introduce your company (sponsored event will be assigned)
• 2 free conference registrations
• Name recognition at announcements
• Name on signage on main stage
• Marketing piece added to registration packet

Gold Sponsor - $2,000

• (2) 6 ft Vendor table (twice the space!)
• Name and logo listed on State Conference website
• Lunch on Thursday for 2 representatives
• Event sponsored by company with signage (sponsored event will be assigned)
• 1 free conference registrations
• Name recognition at announcements
• Name on signage on main stage
• Marketing piece added to registration packet

Silver Sponsor - $1,000

• Name listed on State Conference website
• Lunch on Thursday for 2 representatives
• Invitation to networking opportunities for 2 representatives
• Event sponsored by company with signage (sponsored event will be assigned)

Bronze Sponsor - $500

• 6 ft Vendor table
• Name listed on State Conference website
• Lunch on Thursday for 2 representatives
• Invitation to networking opportunities for 2 representatives (additional cost)
• Snack break sponsored by company with signage (sponsored event will be assigned)
• Marketing piece added to registration packet

Vendor - $400

• 6 ft Vendor table
• Name listed on state conference website
• Lunch on Thursday for 2 representatives
• Invitation to networking opportunities (additional cost)

Additional Details:

NOTE:  If you selected a sponsorship level, you will be assigned an event to sponsor.  If you have a preference on which event, please contact Angela Bowen (angela.bowen@realtruck.com.com).  South Dakota SHRM retains the right to control content and layout of sponsor areas and advertising materials.  

MARKETING PIECES:  Please have marketing materials mailed to Angela Bowen, 2209 Kellen Gross Drive, Yankton, SD  57078, by April 15, 2023.

DOOR PRIZES:  Please provide a door prize to be given away at your booth as one of many drawings offered throughout the conference.  

CANCELLATION NOTICE:  Cancellations received by April 15, 2023, will receive a 50% refund.  No refunds after April 15, 2023.

SET UP:  Sponsors may set up Thursday morning starting at 7 am.  Electricity will be available, but you will be responsible for bringing your own equipment including extension cords, backdrops, etc.
