2020 Special Convention

**Registration process: Clergy will register their delegates. Please note that we only need the necessary number of people present to legally conduct the business of discussing and approving the revised Rules of Order, and hopefully the quorum will be established by attendees (lay and clergy) from the KC Metro area.
