In addition to lowering inflammation, a more natural, less processed diet can have noticeable effects on your physical and emotional health. Carol will explain how following a plant-based diet and lifestyle is optimal for good health-including the prevention and reversal of chronic disease.

Food as Medicine Series: Explore the Anti-inflammatory Properties of Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Seeds, and Healthy Fats ~ April 22, 2018 - Vegetables and fruits are abundant in vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals to help minimize the affects of aging and poor health. Culinary food demonstration, taste testing and healthy delicious recipes included. Soy foods will also be discussed in this session.
