Are you working for a healthier West Virginia? This conference is for you!
Two idea-packed, inspiring days with like-minded people! Meet people from all over the state who are doing great things in their communities. Trade ideas - Join forces - Get inspired - Learn - Plan next steps - Help build a statewide movement!
A feast of do-able ideas! Minigrants to make your idea happen!
- Forty workshops! From farmers markets and school gardens to bicycling and running programs to school-based health centers and parks, we’ve got great workshop leaders who really know their stuff! (2017 list coming in March.)
- Affordable cost! WV Wesleyan is giving us a very reasonable price, and workshop leaders are donating time, so we can keep conference costs down. SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE!
- Minigrant program! If you come to the conference, you can get grants to help make your healthier-community idea happen! If three or more people from your community attend and plan as a team, you can apply. More details here.
- Team building! Come with others from your community iso you can brainstorm and plan in a stimulating, idea-filled atmosphere.
- Youth activities! Young people from 14 - 18 are encouraged to attend and participate in our youth track. Younger children must be accompanied at all times by parents.

Register now to lock in the $100 rate. It will bump up to $150 in April.
If you know you're coming ... but your team isn't yet together ... or you're waiting for approval from your employer ... or there's a holdup of some sort ... go ahead and register and mark "pay by check," and you'll get the lower rate when you do pay.
Need a scholarship? Apply here before you register for the conference. A limited amount of financial assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Come early! Arrive Thursday evening! (On-campus lodging is available.) We'll have networking opportunities, a chance to meet people and explore Buckhannon, browse exhibits and be fresh for the workshops starting in the morning. Bring your bike or canoe for a relaxing evening.
Medical CEUs will be available for physicians, nurses and dietitians! There will be a package deal that includes the conference and a special CEU day June 1st. You must register for this CEU package separately. To register for the three-day package, CLICK HERE.
