Please join us as John Breitenbach presents general legal guidelines for basic estate planning and asset management that EVERYONE, regardless of age or financial situation, should have.
Mr. Breitenbach will examine the basic legal documents necessary to protect and manage assets, direct their orderly disposition, and address health care concerns, including; Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney, Trusts, and a Health Care Proxy/Living Will. Mr. Breitenbach will discuss the purpose of these basic estate planning tools and their importance for ALL individuals and families. Frequently asked questions and concerns for each document will be discussed.

John Breitenbach received his undergraduate degree at Western New England College and attended Albany Law School. In 2000, he was admitted to the New York State Bar and is a partner in the Firm of Carney and Breitenbach in Ticonderoga.
