Now that River of Refuge has officially opened it's Transitional Housing Program there is a very special reason to celebrate! Raise the Roof 2016 will be onsite at River of Refuge on September 17th.
Come and see the dream you’ve helped build!
You’ll have the opportunity to tour the family units, meet some of the program members, hear their stories and learn more about future developments. The evening will include heavy hors d'oeuvres, a complementary bar, silent auction and special night of raising funds as we continue the effort to eliminate homelessness; one family at a time.

River of Refuge helps provide interim lodging and services for the working poor, giving them an alternative to high rent pay-by-the-week living arrangements in the former Park Lane Hospital in Kansas City, Mo. We officially opened our Transitional Housing wing in May 2016, the families we serve receive resources needed to be successful in permanent housing. |
