2018 Spring Confirmation Class Retreat 

Register now for the Spring Confirmation Class Retreat!

Who:  Confirmation students & adult table leaders/volunteers (***We strongly encourage attendance by all our Confirmation students. If you have sporting events, try to get out of them for one weekend or if you can't, please try to make provisions to leave the retreat and return.)  *Parents are welcome to join us! We can always use extra volunteers to help with things like Med Mom/Dad, snack set-up, etc.). You can register online when you register your student!

When:  Friday, April 13 - Sunday, April 15

Where:  T Bar M in New Braunfels

Time:  Need to arrive at AHUMC west wing parking lot @ 5:30pm on Friday, April 13 and will return to AHUMC by 10:45am on Sunday, April 15 for parent pick up.

Cost:  Early Registration (Feb 25-March 10) $135 Students/$70 Adults              Regular Registration (March 11-April 8) $150 Students/$70 Adults                       (Cost includes pizza on Friday and food, lodging & all activities at TBarM)

**Partial scholarships (25%, 50%, 75% off) are readily available upon request for registrants; simply email Stacy Smith to make a request BEFORE registering.

REFUND POLICY:   Refunds may be granted up to two weeks before the event.  Refunds will not be granted less than two weeks prior to an event except for major reasons (student is hospitalized, death in the family, etc.).  This is because significant work is handled in the two weeks prior to an event (volunteers finalized, rooming assignments made, transportation finalized, groups formulated, counselors assigned, etc.) and changes made cause undue problems.  In some circumstances, we are unable to grant refunds due to payments or contractual agreements having been made in advance for that person (i.e., airline tickets purchased, food/lodging reserved, etc.).
