Attend this all day class and learn the entire real estate transaction.

From taking the listing, showings, open houses, receiving the offer, counter offers, inspections, removing contingencies to escrow closing and receiving your check.

This ALL DAY class will cover everything you need to know about the Residential Listing, Sales Transaction and the Events, Time Frames and Contingency Removals of the Deal.

The class will start at 9am and break for lunch at 12 noon.

Lunch will be provided by Jerome Davis, South Pacific Financial Corporation

We will resume at 1pm and end at 4pm.
