Pirates, Parrots, & Planks

Ahoy Matey!

Adventures in Cardboard demands the use of legs and feet as much as hands and head, to unleash the zeal for creative role-playing and prefers wonder as a path to igniting passion for design and construction.

Using cardboard, design and construct swords, treasure chests, telescopes and cannons!  Make your own pirate costume, limited only by your imagination.  Design and build a pirate ship to sail the 7 seas and defend your ship against attack from other swashbuckling characters!  Build your groups ship out of basic framing wood and cardbaord.  Develop group identities and team strategies to defind your ship or storm other ships in the area!

Perfect for girls and boys entering grades 4 and up!
Pre-registration is required, and space is limited!

(not actual pirate ship...but we will build one like it!)
