 Jeanne has over fifteen years of experience as an organizational development professional, serving most recently as the Director of Organizational & Executive Development for Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac, WI.  She has worked with employees at every level within an organization, from senior executives to front-line employees on a variety of development initiatives including enhancing performance through customer service and call center interactions.  Jeanne holds a Master of Science in Management degree from Cardinal Stritch University and has held an adjunct faculty position in Moraine Park’s Leadership Development Program for the past ten years.
