Asset Allocation in Taxable and Tax-Deferred Accounts
Speaker: Eric Lewis, CFA, CFP®, CIO of Bedrock Capital
Meeting Description
Investing in taxable accounts differs in important ways from investing in retirement plans or other tax-sheltered accounts. Tax rules affect the return, risk, effective asset allocation and ongoing management of taxable portfolios. Using insights from Prof. William Reichenstein, Michael Kitces and his own research, Eric will show you how to design and manage “tax-aware” portfolios that better fit your client’s objectives while reducing their tax bills.
1 hour CE has been granted by the CFP Board for this session.
