Please join us for a breakfast seminar on January 31, 2018 at 7:30 a.m. at Midland Hills Country Club to understand if an ESOP could be an attractive strategy for exiting your business.
There are pros and cons to every exit strategy, but you’ll leave the seminar with a clear understanding of how they work, when they make sense to setup, and what happens after the ESOP is created.
Matt Schubring, managing director at Chartwell Financial Advisory, and Brian Sweeney, partner at Redpath and Company, will bring clarity to the ESOP strategy and provide insights from their 30+ years of combined experience in ESOP valuations, transactions, feasibility studies, tax, and accounting.
