Youth Program of Activities
The 5th U.S. Spiritist SymposiumYouth Program is inspired in the Peace Prayer of Francis of Assisi. Children and teens will learn about how they can help the Planet to become a better place by being an instrument of love, forgiveness, harmony, faith, truth, hope, light, and joy everywhere they go and with every person they encounter.  The program will bring awareness about how inner transformation plays an important role in the spiritual development and how it positively affects our world.

The program will be divided into two age-groups. Children and teenagers will be studying the same topic but with different focus:

Children (2nd – 5th grade): Through interactive lesson, using stories, games, art activity, and role-play, the children will become familiar with Francis of Assisi’s Peace Prayer and how to be an instrument of peace in their family and with friends.

Teenagers (6th – 12th grade): By becoming familiar with the life of Francis of Assisi and the Peace Prayer, the teenagers will learn about compassion and the law of giving in order to receive. The teens will discuss about how they can be an instrument of peace in their homes, school, and in their community, and their role in helping the world to become a better place.

For more information or questions, please contact Bernadete Leal (Spiritist Youth Program Coordinator) at yse@spiritist.us

After registration, the parent/guardian will receive an email with more details about the Youth Program, including a Medical and Liability Release Form - which must be completed before your child is admitted.
