BECOME A CONFERENCE EXHIBITOR

Become an Exhibitor at one of Chicago's largest and most impactful "how to" conferences for Chicago area students interested in careers in Healthcare.  Showcase your program and meet hundreds of students at our Exhibitor's Hall that will open Saturday, May 21, 2022, Noon - 5pm. Set up your table  beginning at 10am.

The full two day conference will be held at Rush University, May 20 - 21, 2022 and will allow students to explore 7 Pre-Professional tracks that are FULL or HALF DAY, that gives students the "hands on" information they need to reach their professional healthcare goal. Tracks include, but are not limited to the following:

Professional Tracks (Current  Medical and Nursing School Students)

Pre-Professional Tracks:

• Pre-Med (Middle, High, College, Graduate and Post-bacc sub tracks)
• Pre-Nursing
• Pre-Pharmacy
• Pre-Dentistry
• Pre-Mental
• Pre-Allied Health (Physician Assistants, Respiratory Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy)

There will also be special Clinical Skills Workshops for current professional students (i.e. Medical and Nursing) so they can gain valuable clinical or technoloy skils that will be helpful on their rotations or in their clinical assignments including everything from basic and advanced EKG crash courses to bedside ultrasonagraphy. 

There will be a lot of opportunity for Exhibitors to meet potential students.  Residency and Graduate programs will have a large pool of potential student candidates as well.  More importantly, you will be a resource for our future Heroes in Healthcare as you share with them how your organization, academic center, pre-professional or professional program can assist students on their journey.  This is one of the largest conferences of its kind in Chicago and will attract a broad range of students, many from vulnerable, underserved and underrepresented communities.  The Chicago Health and Medical Careers Annual Student Conference is an important tool to build diversity within the medical community.  Your support as an exhibitor will help us to support our mission to raise the  next generation of healthcare heroes.
