At the Crossroads: Recapping Proxy Season and Anticipating Shareholder Meetings
The scrambling of proxy season just finished, but the whirlwind of the annual meetings is now beginning. The 2014 proxy season provided a number of significant developments concerning executive pay and corporate governance for public companies. The annual meetings will provide an opportunity for investors to give their input. This presentation will discuss specific hot-button issues for companies and shareholders, examine the evolution of disclosure, and provide attendees with a first look at trends in pay, including bonuses, equity and metrics.
