We at the 1629 Club love the opportunity to provide fun & robust new experiences in the culinary arts. Please join us for a delicious ode to Springtime presented by Sous Chef Derek. We will be serving a delectable grilled apricot salad, steamed mussels, a succulent roast pork tenderloin and a spectacular play on a French style flan.
