Credit Card Processor Statement Confusing?

Unaware Of The EMV Chip Technology Launching In October 2015?

Demystifying Credit Card Processing

This workshop is designed for business owners who currently accept credit cards or plan to accept credit cards in the future.  Accepting credit cards for your business is a necessity in today’s world.  You also need to know what this aspect of your business is costing you, which may be way more than you realize due to hidden or unknown fees.  It can also impact your customer service and the customers that do business with you concerning fraud and exposed accounts.   Do you know if you are being charged with setup fees, gateway fees, monthly minimum fees, penalties, or fees that are bundled within other charges on your statement?

It is also imperative that you know about the EMV credit card processes and liability changes coming in October of 2015.  EMV chip technology is an evolution in our payment system that will help increase security, reduce fraud and enable the use of future value-added applications.

Things You Need To Know:

What is chip technology?

Why should I invest in chip card acceptance now?

How am I impacted by the liability shift?

Am I required to support EMV?

Join us as a representative from Community Bank explains the different charges on your business credit card processor statement as well as the new EMV technology rolling out in October 2015.  Be smart, be informed and be prepared.
