Measure the feasibility of expanding and growing your business

If you are a business owner and plan to expand or grow your business, will your profits increase?  The decision for expansion many times is a tough decision for a business owner.  What are the factors to be considered in an expansion?   How much does the business model change, and will the gross margin warrant the cost of growth?  These are questions that need to be answered before a business owner launches out into expansion.  This workshop is designed to assist the business owner in evaluating and having solid numbers to make a good decision. 

This workshop will cover the follwoing topics:

• costing out expansion costs
• planning an expansion
• tools for measuring feasibilty
• calculating the return on investment

Registration for this event is required. Snacks and beverages will be provided. Snacks and beverage will be  provided.  Networking and sign-in begins at 4:30 PM and the workshop begins at 5:00 PM (you are encouraged to be on time because of the amount of information that will be covered).  We look forward to seeing you there!
