Are You Cooking and Not Eating Well? 

I own a restaurant and I'm not in control.

Are you an owner of a food establishment and not making the profit you need to be successful?  Success in the food business is dependent on the owner's own creation--the menu.  The menu is the most imortant and defining element of any food operation.  In fact, it defines the entire food operation, from profit margin to equipment needs.  This workshop is intended to help the restaurant, deli or any food establishment understand the basics to success in the food industry.

Topics to be covered in the workshop:

• menu planning and development
• tools for measuring menu perfomance
• menu mapping (analysis of menu profitability)
• food production tools
• labor measuring tools

Registration for this event is required. Snacks and beverage will be provided.  Networking and sign-in begins at 4:30 PM and the workshop begins at 5:00 PM (you are encouraged to be on time because of the amount of information that will be covered).  We look forward to seeing you there!
