Are you an owner of a food establishment and not making the profit you need to be successful? Success in the food business is dependent on the owner's own creation--the menu. The menu is the most imortant and defining element of any food operation. In fact, it defines the entire food operation, from profit margin to equipment needs. This workshop is intended to help the restaurant, deli or any food establishment understand the basics to success in the food industry.
