Board Basics - Lehigh Valley
Board Basics is designed for Board members and Managers in community associations, and will help newcomers and those looking for a refresher. This program provides an interesting look at the history and background of associations, fundamental legal requirements and the important concepts of fiduciary duty and due process. The program also focuses on the basic administration of a condominium or homeowners association, including motions, minutes, amendments and association record-keeping. This program will be offered on June 8th at Penn State Lehigh Valley and June 9th at the firm's Warminster Corporate Center headquarters.
