Rhonda Henderson, is the Managing Partner of Lucbene Consulting, a boutique firm specializing in small business organizational development, support, and training leading to business sustainability and growth.  Along with the consulting firm, Ms. Henderson is a full-time college professor of business and partners in several small businesses.  Ms. Henderson has a BS in Accounting and Business Administration with a concentration in management, a MBA in Finance, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration (Doctoral Candidate).  Ms. Henderson is a SCORE Mentor and Workshop Chair for the SCORE Chicago Chapter.
