This EPC "National School Lunch & Breakfast Program Basics" Training Class will be held at the EPC Office on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.
Carol Marples, EPC Trainer, will review the basic regulations of the National School Lunch & Breakfast Program. Topics to be covered include Meal Pattern Review, Offer vs Serve, Production Records, Food Cost Controls, Civil Rights and HACCP Food Safety among others. It will be a great basic training for new or experienced staff members and provides 4 hours of progressional standards training. This class is geared towards Managers and Cooks but all are welcome.
This course costs $45. You may pay via Credit Card or Check. If paying via check please provide your PO number from your school district.
