Southwestern Ohio EPC - ServSafe Level 2 Manager Training 

The EPC ServSafe Level 2 Manager Training Class will be held at the EPC Office on Thursday, June 13, 2019 and Friday, June 14, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. each day.  You will take a break both days from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. to lunch on your own.  

All food service operations including:  concession stands, where anything other than pre-packaged ready-to-eat foods are sold, are required to have at least one person with the Ohio Manager Certification in Food Protection.  This person must have the supervisory responsibility and authority to direct and control food preparation and service.  This approved course (16 hours total) taught by Carol Marples, EPC Trainer, will provide the required Certification upon course completion and success on the written exam. 

Course Cost of $175 per person includes required course materials.  You may pay via *Credit Card or Check.  (There is a $5 Convenience Fee if paying via Credit Card.)  If paying via check please provide your Purchase Order Number from your school district.

You will earn 16 CEU Credits upon successful completion of this course.
