30th Annual EPC Educational Vendor Fair 07/31/19

The Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing Council is thrilled to present our 30th Annual EPC Educational Vendor Fair!  This is big news!!  We hope to make this our best Vendor Fair ever and that you will be a part of it.

The EPC Educational Vendor Fair allows vendors the opportunity to come in contact with potential customers as well as reconnecting with current purchasers.  Take this opportunity to creatively market your business.  Introduce yourself to key personnel via email or postcard prior to the vendor fair inviting them to stop by your booth.  Vendors will also have the opportunity to donate prizes to be given out during seminars, thus giving vendors the chance to reach a target group of key school personnel.

Arrangements are currently being made for special meetings and seminars designed for many target groups such as Superintendents, Business Managers, Treasurers, Principals, Office Staff, Teachers and Supervisors in Food Service, Transportation and others.  These meetings draw many attendees to our event.  

The last several years we have closed vendor registration early as we sold out of booth spaces!  It is strongly encouraged that you make an early decision to participate in this popular event.  We especially encourage vendors that will require special electric needs, be purchasing multiple booths or wish to be placed alongside a specific vendor to register and pay early so we may accommodate your wishes.  Any special requests will be taken care of on a "first come/first served" basis.

Vendor Registrations AND Payments received by June 14th will qualify for the Early Bird Price of $450 for their first booth and $350 for each for any additional booths. Those received/paid for after June 14th - your first booth is $500 with additional booths offered at $350 each.  Electrical outlets are available for $35 each and are limited.
