Key PM Skills: Lessons Learned (Webinar)

"Those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it." -George Santayana.

All projects start with the same statement; what did we do last time? Yet, we often neglect to collect good lessons learned at the end of the project. This webinar will look at the reason for conducting a "lessons learned" at the end of the project and demonstrate some practical tools for conducting these sessions.

With effective tools, the process can be streamlined to minimize the impact to the constraints of the project while maximizing the benefit to the next project, hence providing an overall reduction in the time and cost of project execution.

Webinar Learning Objectives & Outcomes:

  • How to conduct a "lessons learned" post project review.
  • Identify common pitfalls when conducting a "lessons learned" review.
  • Identify data to be collected during a "lessons learned" review.

Audience:

  • Project managers, change managers, and project coordinators.
  • Project team members who will be conducting or participating in "lessons learned" sessions.

This webinar qualifies for one category 'A' PDU and is available free of charge, compliments of TidalShift.
