Information Forum for MyCare Ohio Consumers

Consumers, advocates and caregivers please join us for an Information Forum to learn how MyCare Ohio will affect you. Individuals who have BOTH Medicare and Medicaid are required to enroll in a MyCare Ohio health plan by June 1, 2014. Information and one-on-one assistance will be available during forum.
