PFC Foundational Training:            Let's Play! Healing Hearts and Building Resilience

Play builds healthy brains, strengthens relationships, and fosters the growth of a resilient community.

In this training participants will:

 1. Understand the power of play that builds and supports healthy brains and physical health throughout the lifespan.

 2. Gain knowledge about the research supporting play as a practice that strengthens resilience.

 3. Explore and utilize trauma-informed strategies to engage children in play-based activities.
