Whether it’s on the evening news, your Facebook newsfeed or a commercial, we often hear, “there’s a pill for that.” And, while that’s true, we have found that teaching adults skill building, such as how to deal with stressors and respond appropriately to situations, is a greater indicator to success than just taking their medicine every day.
