2018 SDDC Brain Health Forum & Professional Workshop

Learn how to better identify and minimize the impact of dementia symptoms for a better life for all involved. The morning we'll host a professional workshop to provide (2) CE credits for RCFE and Nursing professionals, at no charge. The rest of the day will be a public Brain Health Forum with various speakers and resource tables, along with lunch.
