This year we are shaking things up!  AEI is moving our annual charity event to a new venue, Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum.

Main Hangar and Wings Over the Rockies

Main hangar at Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum

We will continue the silent auction, and are working hard to make that bigger and better than ever.  The event will be held in the main hangar of the museum, where all of the planes will be available for you to look at, and two planes will have open cockpits you can climb into.  Another change will be switching from gaming to team trivial pursuit, run by the popular, Geeks Who Drink, gang.

We will be providing great catered food, drinks and fun!  Tickets will be sold for this year's event, and are $20 each.  100% of ticket sales will go to the very worthwhile charity, The Colorado Therapeutic Riding Center (CTRC).  Your ticket purchase includes:

  • Admission to Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum (usually $12.50 for adults)
  • Open cockpit access to two planes
  • Access to flight simulators
  • Catered food
  • Two drink tickets (cash bar will also be available)
  • As many non-alcoholic drinks as you like
  • Option to participate in 90 minutes of team Trivial Pursuit, for prizes
  • The opportunity to bid on some great silent auction items (100% of the proceeds will go to CTRC)

Register now and come have some fun with us while we raise funds for a very worthy cause.  If you know of anyone who would like to donate items to the silent auction, please contact Carol Chavez at (303) 339-3223, or at carol@AEIengineers.com.
