Please join us for the 2024 Family and Consumer Science Teachers Association of Texas (FCSTAT) Midwinter Conference slated for January 11-13, 2024 at Inn of the Hills in Kerrville, Texas.

This annual gathering is a unique opportunity for educators, professionals, and experts in the field of Family and Consumer Sciences to come together, share knowledge, network, and discover new trends and strategies that will empower you to excel in your role as an educator. The conference is not just an event; it is a platform for professional development, collaboration, and inspiration.

Additionally, FCSTAT provides pre-conference tours and sessions available by pre-registration only on a first come, first served basis. Each tour/session ranges from $0-$35 and has a limited number of spots available.

Early Registration Dates:

• Open: Thursday, 11/2/23
• Close: Thursday, 12/7/23
• Fee: $225 (does not include your hotel stay) *all sales final*

Late Registration Dates:

• Open: Friday, 12/8/23
• Close: Tuesday, 1/2/2024
• Fee: $275 (does not include your hotel stay) *all sales final*

Registration Process:

2. Complete registration information: You will need your FCSTAT District and Region numbers to register. Click here to find your school's information. This list is by county, not school districts.
3. Select payment method - if paying by check, please remit payment to: FCSTATPO BOX 654426, Dallas, TX 75265-4426
4. Submit registration: you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided
5. Book your stay at Inn of the Hills, Kerrville, TX (separate from conference registration fee) by calling 830-895-5000 and reference conference code FCSTAT to receive the following nightly room rates:

• $107 - single occupancy
• $117 - double occupancy
• $127 - triple occupancy
• $137 - quad occupancy
