FCSTAT 2022 MIDWINTER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE 

Registration is now open for the FCSTAT 2022 Midwinter Professional Development Conference from January 13 - 15, 2022.

The EARLY BIRD ONLINE REGISTRATION FEE is $200. After the postmark deadline of January 7, 2022, the onsite fee will be $225. If you need an invoice prior to this, please contact FCSTAT and one will be emailed to you.

What are some good reasons to attend the FCSTAT Midwinter Conference?

1. To network. A great reason for going to midwinter is to meet with like-minded people and FCS industry peers.

2. To expand your knowledge and find solutions to problems. You will learn some new ideas from our guest speakers. These could be new techniques, new types of equipment, unpublished data, or learn from FCS industry leaders that you may not have previously known about.

3. To present your ideas and work with others in FCS. This is one of the more obvious reasons for attending midwinter. Meet with others who are interested in hearing your ideas!

4. Allow others to get to meet and know YOU. It may not seem like a notable thing, but the FCSTAT midwinter conference is a great way for people to meet you. Regardless if you are the culinary, nutritionist, interior design, or fashion merchandise teacher, you may meet someone you make a connection with, or you might meet someone who could dramatically impact your professional career. 

5. Learn beyond your field or interest. It's never too late to learn new things!

6. Earn Continuing Education Credit Hours. Don't allow your certifications to lapse. Keep up with your CEU's by attending a session at midwinter.

7. Educational Workshops. The midwinter conference offers a variety of workshop sessions that are presented by expert and certified leaders in the FCS industry.
