Safety and Permanency in Child Protective Services

Group of KidsChild Protective Services (CPS) aims to protect children and to act in their best interest. The agency helps parents and other family members solve problems that lead to abuse and neglect. Their goal is to provide services and support to help families stay together and to help kids in need to find a safe and stable place to stay. For this free community presentation, participants will learn about the following:

  • What happens when you call CPS?
  • What process does CPS use?
  • How can the agency help children and families?

The program qualifies for 2 hours of CEU credit (LPC, LMSW, RN and PhD). Space is limited, so please RSVP.
