Earn up to 6 PDH (professional development hours) credits at the 2022 ‘Learn to Earn’ tour.

This year's features:

Spotlight on Biddeford - The City of Biddeford has undergone a resurgence in recent years, and city leaders have more plans in the works. Projects include Pearl Street Reconstruction, the MERC site redevelopment, the recently completed Parking Garage and mill restoration. Join Biddeford officials and MBTA member Sewall for a tour of some past and future initiatives that are enhancing the city's livability, while providing economic and community-building opportunities for residens and businesses.

Mixed Use on Portland's Foreside - Portland's Foreside's 10 acres will become a mixed-use neighborhood with buildings designed to be compatible with the historical significance of the area. The project will create a year-round center on Portland's waterfront with much-needed housing (apartments and condominiums), office space, lodging, restaurants, local and national retail, and outdoor spaces to promote communal gatherings.

Safety vests and hard hats required for portions of the Tour.

Deadline to register:  September 26, 2022 (but register soon as space is limited).

Cost: Tour Cost is $95 per person ($115 for non-members) and includes bus transportation and lunch.
