MBTA Fall Golf - September 12, 2020

Join MBTA in September for our annual fall convention!  Saturday morning will feature a golf tournament at the beautiful Samoset Resort Golf Club - with an 8:30 am shotgun start. An awards luncheon after the tournament will conclude the MBTA Convention events; however, those who wish to enjoy the Camden-Rockport area on their own may enjoy the discounted room rate which the Samoset has extended to Saturday night as well. 

Hotel reservations at the Samoset are separate and you can reserve your room at a special MBTA rate online  at: Maine Better Transportation Assn.  Please reserve your discounted room by August 17 ($174-$289 per night, plus a $25 resort fee). 

Golf Registration & Sponsorships Details

• 7:30 A.M. – Registration
• 8:30 A.M. - Shotgun start (scramble format)
• 2:30 P.M. - Awards & reception

Cost is $200 per person and includes greens fee, cart, prizes and luncheon.  Lunch for non-golfers can be ordered for $35.  

Samoset Resort Golf Club is a soft spike course. Proper dress is required (no blue jeans; shirts with collars required).

Mulligans and 50/50 tickets will be available at registration table.

Grand sponsor: $2,000 - Includes foursome, logo on golf cart signs, sign at registration and luncheon, listing in Maine Trails and on web site. 

19th Hole sponsor:  $1,500 - Includes twosome, logo on sign at registration and luncheon; recognition at luncheon; listing in Maine Trails and on web site.
