Approach
Integrating personal faith and Anglican theological understanding, the School focuses on how individuals, groups, and whole organizations function. We draw on material from congregational and organization development, Both new and experienced leaders benefit from readings, discussions, case studies and other forms oflearning and, following the School, apply their learning to parish parojects.
The whole program is non residential offered over 8 weekend sessions over two years (four weekends per year); participants can begin in either Year A or Year B. (The curriculum for 2017 is Year B)
The 2017 weekends include: January 27-28, May 12-13, September 8-9 and November 17-18. Each weekend module will begin at 9am on Friday morning and finish by 3pm on Saturday.
The program is for clergy and lay people; priority is given to parishes that send a team (including clergy).
The School aims for diversity in ethnicity, age and gender.
