The Paramount Visual Arts Center Team led by Melissa Gohman, worked closely with the New London Arts Alliance, New London residents, and local artists, to create a 6-foot high by 12 foot long mosaic sculpture. This mosaic sculpture, in the shape of a grind stone, embodies the historical significance of the dam and mill site where the sculpture resides as well as the area’s natural setting.
