Tom Brown is the Founder and CEO of Media Barker, where he leverages his 25+ years of experience in email and social media marketing, project planning, management, communications, and PR techniques. This valuable experience plus his own internal techniques and processes, customized to client’s needs, allows him to deliver new and unique solutions to clients.

Tom is founding member of the Local Expert Speakers Association (LESA) created to help small businesses find certified digital marketers to speak at events.  These speakers are also available for training and consulting on a national basis. As an LESA Certified Expert, he offers training webinars & live seminars on best practices of various online marketing techniques across the Upstate New York, Northern Pennsylvania, and around the globe.

Currently, he is active in the international organization, Rotary. He is the Public Image Director for NY District 7120 and past president for the Elmira Rotary Club. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Tom has been married to Shawnie for 19 years and has two beautiful girls, 17 & 13. He is also an Eagle Scout, a Soryu Karate Black Belt and Martial Arts & Self-Defense instructor, and he volunteers for his church and other organizations in the Corning, Elmira and Twin Tiers communities.

In regards to social media and digital marketing, Tom likes to say, “For businesses to thrive in the future, they need to have a Digital Marketing presence. Integrating Social Media, and other digital marketing aspects into their existing business infrastructure is a challenge to most businesses. My passion is helping them do that successfully.”

A Marketing Plan is not a campaign. It is creating a strategy to keep you focused on getting the results you want.

A little bit of marketing knowledge can go a long way toward success.
