Yoga at Milton Art Center 

Mary Keohane combines her knowlege as a physical therapist and yoga teacher to provide a safe, effictive class for those of all levels. Mary strives to balance a combination of strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness in each class.

What: 4 Week yoga session running Tuesdays

Where: MAC: 334 Edge Hill Rd

When:  Tuesdays January 29, February 5, 12 and 26 (no class February vacation).  7-8:15

Why: Because it’s good for you!

Cost: $50 for 4 week session, $15 drop in per class. Checks made out to MAC (Milton Art Center)
