Lean Six Sigma Simulation Day

This workshop includes many exercises and examples that demonstrate the benefits and methods of both Lean Manufacturing/Office and Six Sigma. Class Lectures are nearly zero as the purpose is to use the simulations to demonstrate the improvement methods and related benefits. Hence, be prepared to “work” and be active during this training session.
