Webinar: Smart Reporting, Tuesday 24 January 2012

3:00 PM GMT / 10:00 AM US Eastern

This free 30 minute webinar will be presented by Snap Surveys Senior Research Manager, Ed Hockey and Training Consultant Nathan Pritchard.

Nathan will introduce delegates to running batches in Snap to add value to in-house reporting. (NB: this is not a training session).

If you are not familiar with batches, they are a way of carrying out a large number of pre-defined analyses automatically.

For example:

In an ongoing survey the same set of results may be required on a regular basis, set up a batch with a filter once and the tables and charts in the report will subsequently be produced automatically as required.

In a survey the same set of results may be needed for different subsets of respondents, batches can run the filtered reports automatically.

Ed will then take delegates through some of the batch based and other smart reporting projects we have delivered for clients.  Smart reporting solutions can incorporate contextual reporting, benchmarking, automated reports and more!

Smart reporting is included in a range of ready to run surveys we launched in 2011 in association with  a number of consultants,  including HR, Dental, STAR  General Needs and GPAQ.

We have undertaken bespoke reporting projects for customers in leisure,  tourism, health,  security and education.

Ed will introduce delegates to some of  these projects;  he will discuss what the clients wanted to achieve,  and how Snap's smart reporting service solutions are now helping these organisations to gather and share information  more effectively.

There will be a 10 minute Q&A session at the end.

Join us to find out how to add value to  in-house reporting  AND  how our research services  team can manage reporting projects for you to  take reporting to a new level.
