Introduction to Evaluation

Evaluation is a critical skill but can be a daunting task for the busy program manager. Through this hands-on, interactive (and fun!) two-day workshop, participants will develop an evaluation framework for their own program or organization and gain an understanding of the different types of evaluation and approaches available.
