CANCELLATION POLICY

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

Due to rising cost and expenses generated by students who register for our courses and do not attend without notification, it has become necessary to institute the following policy:

In order to qualify for a full refund, students (or their employing agencies) must cancel no less than two weeks prior to the commencement of the course. Cancellations must be received via e-mail, and/or fax to the attention of the course coordinator. A confirmation of receipt and a cancellation number must be obtained from the coordinator. No claims will be accepted unless the aforementioned is adhered to. Cancellations made within the two week time period are subject to a $100 fee. Substitutions of students may be made at any time. Please call us immediately if you have any questions.

NOTE: NO-SHOWS (INCLUDING THOSE WHO CANCEL AFTER 3PM ON THE THURSDAY PRECEDING THE COURSE) WILL BE INVOICED THE FULL REGISTRATION FEE

2022 Leadership in a Police Response/Critical Incident Management

At its foundation, utilizing the basic principles of the Incident Command System [ICS], our professional instructors will deliver our proven methods that will enhance the proficiency of Law Enforcement Command Response Operations. This workshop utilizes “live” interactive-based scenarios geared to challenge persons in charge of their decision-making skills, and at the same time, will provide the tools necessary to enhance the success rate to any critical incident. This course also covers historical cases, by highlighting shortcomings as well as successes, while responding to critical events. This leadership course will provide various managerial resources to adequately mitigate threats that will affect your jurisdictional boundaries.
